Say Hello To Sunkissed
In addition to all of our previously loved colors in our collection, we’re adding brand new shades to round out our color palette. Today, we’d like to introduce you to our newest member to the MMS MilkPaint™ family, Sunkissed!
The Perfect “Middle” Yellow
Sunkissed beams through our Coastal Collection like the warming rays of the sun on the perfect beach day. It’s the second lightest yellow in our collection, right after Linen.
Here’s how all of our yellows compare:
Linen is the cream in our line. It’s light warmth mimics the worn texture of homespun linen fabric. Sunkissed is a happy buttery yellow. It’s more saturated and more yellow than Linen, but it’s not as dark as Mustard Seed Yellow. Finally, our namesake Mustard Seed Yellow has more of a russet quality, making it darker and more subdued than Sunkissed.
Whichever yellow you choose, we know they’ll bring a smile to your face!
A Perfect Match
Which colors in our line make a good compliment to Sunkissed? We’ve got a few suggestions, starting with the other colors in our Coastal Collection! These shades will be released over the next few weeks, so check with your local retailer for availability.

Sunkissed is a perfect color option if you want a pop of color in your neutral decor without getting too “loud”.
It’s noticeable but soft and sweet all at the same time! Our co-owner, Brenda Hess, used it in a very special nursery she created for her niece, Evelyn. The crib was finished in Sunkissed and it’s absolutely adorable! See how well it pairs with the Arabeque dresser?
